Well, looks like our guy did GREAT in the debate. If the other guy wins I, literally, won’t believe it. And the other side feels that way too. Regardless of which side of the isle you fall, chances are, you don’t have much faith in our election process, nor our political leadership.
Listen, gang, there is going to be unrest and upset. Hopefully nothing extreme, but the COVID/Summer of Love rampage should have taught everyone that society remains extremely volatile and unpredictable. The next round of insanity is likely to be the November elections.
When we look at the possible threat profile, our plan should likely be no different than an overall best practices/preparedness plan, just kicked into overdrive for a while.
Be prepared to sustain in your home for at least several weeks. If massive rioting shuts down your locality, don’t be out and about if not necessary. Again, standard preparation that should always be in place anyway.
Avoid locations that are most susceptible to the dregs of society that take over the streets and cause violence and destruction for any sort of asinine reason. Skipping partisan talk, those areas should be obvious to you; a little hint, any place that does not prosecute actual criminals, yet simultaneously bans civilian carry and ownership of guns, is such a place. Stay out of them if at all possible, because such crap holes are going up in smoke as soon as things kick off.
Have a get-home plan wherever you may roam. Keep the equipment necessary to sustain in your vehicle. Know primary and alternative routes for making it home.
Know the hotspots most likely to attract demonstrations of crowds of vicious, violent, street urchins, like the courthouse, the police precinct, government buildings, etc…,
Carry your pistol at all times possible. Carry a gun you can fight with, with a reload, at all times possible.
Have a significant fighting long gun readily accessible in the home.
Otherwise, business as usual, kids.
Live fire practice is essential. To buy the ammo I use for practice, go to:
