Independence Day: What it Means to Us

The left wants to eradicate every semblance of personal freedom from this country and implement their version of “democracy” by empowering the state to subjugate all under it through imposed “equality.”  That has generally been called communism in the past, although Europe calls it by the more palatable term socialism.  The men who founded this country by killing thousands of British soldiers had no such intention for us and I think any of you reading these words would agree that we intend to keep the freedoms our founders so dearly paid for.

Old Ben had it right, as usual, in his description of Liberty.  The wolves have become emboldened as of late.  However, gentlemen, I think Ben would be pleased to see that there is little resemblance to the lamb among the patriots in this country, even now in the 21^st Century.
