The Biden-Approved Double-Barrel 

While there is no denying that modern auto-loading shotguns are the preferred defensive platform for the scattergun, with pumps also being entirely capable in trained hands, one should not underestimate the antiquated double-barreled shotgun, even if the meat puppet President Joe Biden endorsed it, since he would much rather you only have a double-barreled shotgun rather than an AR15.  Does this sentiment have anything to do with public safety?  Of course not.  Tyrannical governments can be kept at bay with ARs, not so much with double-barreled shotguns, and that is all it is about. So, the meat puppet said all you need is a double-barreled shotgun, and all the useful idiots stay on the “who needs an AR15” wagon.    

Still, regardless of what open-borders Joe had to say, the double-barreled shotgun can still get things done, just don’t shoot through the door at unidentified targets as he suggested.

The double-barreled shotgun is, to a great extent, the scatter gun equivalent of the lever action rifle.  While nobody would argue that a lever rifle is better than an AR for fighting with, most would also agree that there are few things that would come up in civilian circumstances that could not be adequately addressed with a good lever gun.  I, for one, would also take my lever action 357 Magnum rifles over a double barrel shotgun for defensive purposes, but again, it should not be sold short.  While limited to two rounds, obviously those rounds are tremendously decisive at closer range, if stoked with the proper ammo.  Further, a practiced individual can reload a double barrel quite quickly.

In fact, here are a couple of by-gone events that good ol’ Double-Barrel Joe did not bother to mention, as he is fully invested in fooling idiots into thinking that mass shootings have only become a thing since the AR15 became the most popular gun in America:

In 1903, in Winfield, Kansas, a bloke named Gilbert Twigg shot and killed 9 people and injured 25 others with a double barrel shotgun, when he fired into a crowd that was attending a street concert.  He launched the attack from an ally, then self-terminated.  After the event, police searched his boarding room and found a letter in which he expressed his wish to “get even” with the people of Winfield whom he blamed for “shunning” him.  Look it up for more info.

How about this one: In 1989, France experienced the Luxiol Massacre, in which a farmer went on a rampage, killing three household members, then drove to town and indiscriminately killed 11 more people, all with a double-barreled shotgun.  

So, as you can see, the double-barreled shotgun is not harmless, despite the fact that the gun grabbers pretend to prefer it over the guns that can keep them from putting you in cattle cars.
